Visa Application

(According to the website of the Chinese Embassy in France, China has decided to extend the visa-free policy for 12 countries including France until 24:00 on December 31, 2025. The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will be responsible for issuing the invitation letter for visa applications for all French participants and their accompanying persons.
To request a formal invitation letter, please fill in the form during registration. A letter of invitation for the workshop will be sent in PDF format to the supplied email address. If you need an original hard copy, please notify fcppl2025@ihep.ac.cn.
You are advised to submit your visa application to the appropriate authorities as early as possible.
