Opportunities and Ideas at the QCD Frontier

QCD servers both as the means and proposes for particle physics studies. 
On one hand, physics measurements at high energy frontier, especially at high precision future facilities, poses more and more stringent requirements on the high precision calculation; 
meanwhile, the QCD itself has multiple mysteries including the phase transition, the hadronization process, and the non-perturbative effects which are difficult to estimate with First Principles. 
This workshop is dedicated to the QCD study, we plan to discuss the new ideas and new opportunities with recent progresses and previsions on theory, experimental, and new tools.
