The organization committee will arrange shuttle buses at Hong Kong International Airport, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and Shenzhen Bao’an Airport based on the flight information provided by participants during registration. These buses will directly transport participants to the hotel. The departure times of the buses will be adjusted according to flight information. Please provide planned flight details during registration to facilitate the organization committee's coordination and arrangements.
Participants who are unable to take the shuttle bus arranged by the committee may refer to the following information to take an airport bus to the hotel on their own.
(1) From Hong Kong International Airport to Dongguan Songshan Lake Airport Terminal

Two trips daily: 9:15 AM and 4:15 PM.
Route: Hong Kong Airport → Shenzhen Bay Port (customs clearance) → Dongguan Songshan Lake Airport Terminal.

After purchasing tickets, follow the instructions to the cross-border bus boarding point (usually at Terminal 2 or designated meeting points). 3. Transportation Guide from High-Speed Rail to the Hotel
(1) Directly arrive at Humen Station, take a taxi to the hotel.
(2) Arrive at Guangzhou South Station, transfer to Humen Station, arrive in 17 minutes, and take a taxi to the hotel.
(3) Arrive at Guangzhou South Station, exit through the East Exit, turn right, and walk approximately 100 meters to the “Greater Bay Area Intercity Railway” Panyu Station.
