It is convenient to travel to Xinxiang either by air or by train. Here are some transportation instructions for those arriving by air or train.
1、By Air
If you travel to Xinxiang by air you will arrive at Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (郑州新郑机场). The distance from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport to the venue or hotel is about 95 kilometers.
(a) Shuttle bus
(I) Considering the considerable distance, the conference organizing committee has arranged three dedicated shuttle bus departures from Xinzheng International Airport to theLandison ICC Hotel Xinxiang (新乡国际会议中心雷迪森酒店).
The scheduled departure times are:
14:00 (2:00 PM),
18:00 (6:00 PM),
21:00 (9:00 PM).
(II) In addition to the dedicated shuttles, regular airport shuttle buses are also available and recommended for reaching the Landison ICC Hotel Xinxiang (新乡国际会议中心雷迪森酒店).

You can purchase tickets by searching for the official WeChat account（微信公众号） "Xinxiang Airport Shuttle ( 新乡机场巴士)".
Departure Times from the Airport:
10:10, 11:30, 13:00, 14:20, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, 19:40, 21:00.
Departure Times from Xinxiang:
05:50, 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 18:00.
Please note: The airport shuttle bus stop for the the Landison ICC Hotel Xinxiang (新乡国际会议中心雷迪森酒店) is located at Xinxiang University（新乡学院）, which is across the road from the hotel.
(b) High-speed train
- Walk to the Xinzheng Airport High-Speed Railway Station, the entrance of which is located at the GTC Transfer Center of Terminal 2 (T2) of Xinzheng International Airport.
- Take the high-speed train from there to Zhengzhou East Railway Station.
- Upon arrival, transfer at Zhengzhou East Railway Station and continue your journey by high-speed train to Xinxiang East Station.
(c) Taxi
Taking a taxi from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport to the Landison ICC Hotel Xinxiang (新乡国际会议中心雷迪森酒店) will take approximately 75 minutes and cost around 200 RMB.
2、By Train
There are one major train station in Xinxiang: Xinxiang East Station (新乡东站), which is about 6 kilometers away from the hotel.
- Traveling from Xinxiang East Station to the Landison ICC Hotel Xinxiang (新乡国际会议中心雷迪森酒店) by taxi will take around 15 minutes and cost 15 RMB
- Traveling from Xinxiang East Station to the Landison ICC Hotel Xinxiang (新乡国际会议中心雷迪森酒店) by bus (No. 6/K9 45/K45) will take around 36~46 minutes and cost 1 RMB
本次大会，会场设在新乡国际会议中心雷迪森酒店，10月29日将在酒店一楼大堂进行注册。
The conference will be held at the the Landison ICC Hotel Xinxiang. Registration will take place in the hotel lobby on the first floor on October 29.
