Description
Higher-order contributions due to initial state radiation (ISR) in electron-positron annihilation processes are analyzed analytically and numerically. Effects due to variation of factorization scale and scheme choices in ISR are studied. A new procedure for exponentiation of higher-order next-to-leading photonic and pair corrections is suggested. The results are relevant for increasing the precision of theoretical description of general electron-positron annihilation processes at high energies. The talk is based on recent works: arXiv:2511.00437, 2606.11742 [hep-ph].
