Accommodation:
All accomodations will be arranged at Fraser Place Wujiaochang Shanghai (上海五角场辉盛坊公寓酒店), which is at the following address:

The taxi ride from Hongqiao Airport/Station to the hotel takes about 50 min. You could also take the metro line 10, and get off at Xin Jiang Wan Cheng (新江湾城), which takes a bit more than an hour.
The taxi ride from Shanghai Station to the hotel takes about 30 min.
The taxi ride from Pudong International Airport to the hotel takes about 1 hour.
School:
All lectures are held in the Lecture Hall A, Jiangwan Campus (江湾校区教学楼A), Room JA105. It takes ~20 min to walk from the hotel to the lecture hall. A map can be found below. Note that you need to show your ID when entering the campus.
Registration:
Registration will take place outside Classroom JA105 from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 17, immediately before the opening ceremony. Please sign your name on the registration sheet and collect a folder containing important materials, including your meal tickets.
Canteen:
We will provide meal tickets for lunch and dinner from Aug 17 to Aug 28. Unfortunately, the canteen next to Lecture Hall A is closed for renovation, and we have to go to another canteen further north on the campus (labelled as "Northern Canteen" on the map). The opening hours and designated areas are:
Northern Canteen: Floor 1-3, 11:00am - 1:30pm (lunch), 4:30pm - 7:30pm (dinner). A Halal option can be found on the 1st floor.
The following places do not accept meal tickets: the burger place and the beverage station on the 2nd floor, the buffet area on the 3rd floor.
Other food options (not covered by meal tickets):
There is a KFC at the canteen on the southwest side of lecture Hall A.
There are also a lot of food options in the shopping mall (悠方) near the hotel, espeically in its underground area.
Another good place for food is Da Xue Lu (大学路), close to the Jiangwan Stadium Station of line 10, exit 9 (10号线江湾体育馆站，9号出口). There are many Restaurants both on Da Xue Lu and the underground area of the subway station.
