Conference Proceedings will be published in a proceedings book by World Scientific Publishing and the plenary contributions will also appear in International Journal of Modern Physics E. Page limits are 8 pages for plenary contributions and 4 pages for parallel contributions.
Deadline of submission is December 30th of 2013.
