A mini-workshop on High Energy Physics and Related Topics

Time flies! 时光飞逝，日月如梭！ 30 years ago, Michel Davier visited IHEP and China and started his long and close collaboration with China as well as with colleagues from other Asian countries e.g. South Korea. Many of us have had chance to interact with him and to receive his unique training as his students or postdocs. We in turn have trained many students or postdocs in styles influenced by him. We are now a big family working actively in the field of high energy physics and related ones. Michel has visited China many times and played a special role in providing his advice for the high energy physics research and development in China. He will visit IHEP again in the week of June 11-15 as a member of the IHEP Institutional Assessment committee. We would like to take the occasion to organize a mini-workshop to review the achievements in the fields of High Energy Physics and Related where we have been deeply involved in the last 30 years, and to celebrate Michel’s 30 year collaboration with China/Asia. The workshop will be on June 16, 2018 at IHEP, Beijing. The deadline for registration is Sunday, 27 May 2018. No registration fee is needed.
