1. Introduction from Joao
1) Got results from internal review organized by Xinchou, comments were sent directly to the corresponding editor

2) Major Outstanding issues for every chapters:
    •    Calorimeter optimization needs to be updated — Jianbei
    •    Magnet update with more details — Zhao Wei
    •    Muon chapter needs numbers verified — Liang
    •    Chapter 12 on Future Plans and R&D Prospects to be edited — Joao
    •    Anything to update in the performance numbers ? — Jianming, Manqi?
    •    Some of these already happened. See discussion later.
    •    List of known issues in draft v1.0 early in document, and indicated in red in the text. Please CHECK and give us FEEDBACK
    •    Further general editing — Joao/Gang/Zhaoru -- Typos, references, formatting, etc

3) Magnet chapter update:
Based on Yifang’s comments, Magnet chapter is expanded.
    •    They add the configuration of conductor with a plot. The plot shows the comparison between CMS conductor and our design. Our conductor is smaller and stronger. In this way, the Table6.1 is updated based on the conductor update. Joao suggested to add the explanation of the conductor choice.  
    •    The sentence in Section 6.1, “The CEPC detector magnet follows the same design concepts of the CMS and ILD detector magnets”, Joao suggested to specify the reason of following CMS and ILD. Wei will add more sentence to explain it.
    •    cooling system updated

4) Muon system:
Muon system number should be coincident with magnet. For example, the number of muon chamber layers in Figure 6.4 and Figure 7.1 should be same.

5) Performance: Basically all the red text in this chapter is fixed and removed.
 
6) Vertex:Ouyang will check the material budget for CO2 cooling options in table 4.3. Then Joao can add the related statement in the text. Joao suggested to add a rough estimated number in the table and add the explanation in the caption.

7) Physics: Zhijun said the electroweak section will add some sub section tomorrow
