为加强本单位高能核物理理论和实验各个研究方向研究生相互间的学术交流,拓宽研究生的学术视野,激励青年人才的成长,促进本单位科学研究的发展,第4届高能核物理“青年之星”年度学术论坛将于2018年12月17日如期举行。欢迎同学们踊跃参加,具体事项通知如下。

1、论坛邀请全体研究生参加。申请报告需经导师同意,并请将如下信息邮件发给论坛秘书,袁强老师(yq@mails.ccnu.edu.cn): (1)注明博研或硕研身份。 (2)提交报告题目和摘要(中英文不限)。 (3)并在摘要后注明已经发表的论文刊号,或者尚未正式发表的arXiv论文号,论文数量不限。

2、论坛组委会将在报告申请中,筛选10--15名报告人。论坛期间将评选出2018年度“青年之星”,并设立如下奖项:一等奖1名,二等奖2名,三等奖3名。评选标准附后。

3、论坛邀请全体博士后参加,汇报年度研究成果,也可提交报告给袁强老师,但不参与“青年之星”评选。

4、注册截止时间为12月7日,报告时间暂定20分钟。所有参会者将提供午餐盒饭和茶歇。欢迎各位老师同学参加。
