Description
the cosmic infrared background (CIB) is the cumulative radiation from all galaxies along the line-of-sight, including those too faint to resolve in galaxy surveys. CIB is useful in reconstructing the full cosmic star formation history. I will review the theoretical models for the CIB, and present the forecast for CIB cross-correlations with others, e.g., lensing and emission line intensity mapping.
