MOST2 chip design meeting

1. Tianya made a rehearsal of his presentation for the CEPC workshop. Some suggestion were given: 

      1. we should make a better arrangement for the content in Wei Wei's talk and Tianya's. Wei Wei's talk will focus more on the general introduction of the full size prototype, and Tianya will focus more on the technical details.

      2. try to make a better story for the presentation, and try to make some concept be acceptable for the audience.

      3. try to limit the time of the talk within 15min, with more practice.

     Wei Wei will prepare his talk asap, and discuss with Tianya and Hongbo to reduce the duplicate content, but with necessary emphasize on the improvement compared with MOST1， especially the 25ns bunch crossing capability and so on.

  2. It is better to arrange the chip design review within the time slot of the CEPC yearly meeting on April 29~30 (better in the morning of 30th)
