科学级CMOS探测器研究进展

Description

近年来随着半导体工业的高速进步,科学级CMOS图像传感器性能有了巨大的提升。实验室自2015年开始对科学级CMOS探测器的性能开展了研究,并对空间X射线天文应用进行了实验验证。在读出速度,制冷温度,抗辐照性能和成本方面CMOS探测器比传统的CCD型探测器有着明显的优势。2019年定制开发了6cm×6cm大面阵CMOS探测器并获得成功流片。性能达到读出帧频20Hz,能量分辨率210eV@5.9keV。自研的读出相机已经可实现在-30度下20Hz图像的实时输出和X射线事例提取。
