For staff members including Postdoc. , the fee is CNY2000/person.
For students, the fee is CNY1000/person.
Participants can pay the fee in the following ways
1. with visa/ master JCB/ AE/大莱 cards while checking-in at the hotel on 10th Feb. or outside the conference room at Tianfu Cosmic Ray Center from May 29th -31th.
2. with APP of UnionPay or Wechat or Aplipay, use the mobile phone to scan the QR code, but please make sure to wirte the payer's name as the payment remarks.
3. through bank transfer
There are limited number of registration fee waivers considering it is really hard for several partipants to cover the fee.
Please download the application form https://indico.ihep.ac.cn/event/19138/attachments/67236/81778/application_form_for_registration_fee_waiver.doc . Then please email the filled and signed one to the contact person of the conference to apply for registration fee waiver.
When the LOC approves or rejects the application, the applicant will receive an email to know the result.
