高纯锗探测器是目前伽马测量分辨能力最强的探测器。高纯锗晶体是其核心材料。深圳大学一直从事高纯锗晶体的制备研究，目前已经成功实现探测器级别高纯锗晶体材料的实验室制备。本报告将介绍高纯锗材料的制备基本流程。
