等离子体尾场加速模拟程序QuickPIC与QPAD算法与开发研究

Description

作为准静态近似的PIC并行模拟程序,QuickPIC自2006年诞生以来一直在等离子体尾场加速的研究领域发挥着重要作用。随着2017年QuickPIC成为首个开源的准静态近似PIC程序,它的功能还在不断的扩充,算法还在继续的优化。我们将介绍QuickPIC的基本算法及近期的相关算法优化工作,同时将着重介绍QuickPIC中有限差分Possion方程求解器的引入与应用。与此同时,我们还将介绍诞生于2020年的另一个准静态近似PIC程序QPAD。它是在QuickPIC的基础上引入了角向模式分解的方法,从而极大减少了对同一近对称物理问题进行模拟所需消耗的计算资源。
