Venue
The school will take place in IHEP Huairou Campus, Beijing, China.
- Guest house, cafeteria and restaurant are in the Small Ring of HEPS.
- Lecture room is Room 102 of the Middle Ring of HEPS.
- Hands-on training is in HEPS and PAPS beside HEPS.

Transportation
The school will not provide local transportation service. You are suggested to take a taxi to the HEPS Guest House. It takes about one hour drive from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and costs about 150 CNY. You'd better not to choose the flight to Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) since it is too far (120 km) from the school venue.

The travel expenses for all the students will be covered by the sending institutes. The travel expenses for the lecturers from China will be covered by the school. Foreign lecturers will pay their own international travel fees except very special cases covered by the school.
