Venue
The school will be held at the IHEP Huairou Campus in Beijing, China.
The lectures will take place in Room 102 of the Middle Ring of HEPS (高能光源综合实验楼（中环）102报告厅).
Guest house (怀柔光源专招), cafeteria & restaurant are located in the Small Ring of HEPS (高能光源用户服务楼).
Hands-on training will be conducted at both HEPS and the nearby PAPS.

Transportation
The school will not provide local transportation services. We recommend taking a taxi to the HEPS Guest House, which is approximately a one-hour drive from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and costs around 150 CNY. You'd better not to choose the flight to Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) since it is too far (120 km) from the school venue.

The travel expenses for all students will be covered by their respective sending institutions. Lecturers from China will have their travel expenses covered by the school. Foreign lecturers are responsible for their own international travel costs, except in exceptional cases where the school provides coverage.
