Accommodation
- All the students and lecturers will stay at the HEPS Guest House on the IHEP Huairou campus. Reservations (single room with bath) will be made by the school.
- For all the students, the arrival day is March 23, Sunday and the departure day is March 31, Monday. You can check in from 06:00 to 24:00, March 23, and check out before noon on March 31.
- The school will cover lodging expenses for the students outside of mainland China.
- Students from mainland China should pay the hotel fees by themselves. The rate is 380 CNY per night per room.
- For all the lecturers, the school will cover their lodging expenses.
Meals
- Complimentary breakfast will be offered by the Guest House.
- Box meal will be provided (as requested in the registration form) at 18:00-19:30, Sunday, March 23.
- Reception dinner will be held at the Guest House, 18:00-19:30, Monday, March 24.
- Lunch boxes from March 24 to 29 and buffet dinners from March 25 to 28 will be provided by the school to all the lecturers and students.
- Banquet will be held at the Guest House, 18:00-19:30, Saturday, March 29.
- No meals will be provided by the school on the Excursion day (Sunday, March 30).
