Accommodation
All students and lecturers will be accommodated at the HEPS Guest House on the IHEP Huairou campus. The school will handle reservations for single rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
For students, the arrival date is Sunday, March 23, and the departure date is Monday, March 31. Check-in is available from 06:00 to 24:00 on March 23, and check-out is before noon on March 31.
The school will cover lodging expenses for students from outside mainland China. Students from mainland China are responsible for their own hotel fees, which are 380 CNY per night per room.
The school will cover lodging expenses for all lecturers.
Meals
The HEPS Guest House will provide complimentary breakfast for all guests.
A box meal will be available on Sunday, March 23, from 17:30 to 19:30, as indicated in the registration form.
A reception dinner is scheduled in Middle Ring of HEPS on Monday, March 24, from 18:00 to 19:30.
The school will provide lunch boxes from March 24 to 29 and buffet dinners from March 25 to 28 for all lecturers and students.
A banquet is planned in Huairou area on Saturday, March 29, from 18:00 to 20:30.
Please note that no meals will be provided by the school on the excursion day, Sunday, March 30.
