Please check the details of your visa application at the Chinese Embassy, Consulate General, or Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in your location as soon as possible. You must hold a passport valid for at least six months. It is recommended to apply early.
Generally, a tourist visa (L visa) should be sufficient for your attendance needs, and may not require an invitation letter. However, if you need or must apply for a business visa (F visa), you may need a conference invitation letter.
To obtain a conference invitation letter, you need to register in the system and provide accurate information as required.
If you encounter any problems or difficulties in obtaining the visa and require an official invitation letter from the authorized unit, please contact us immediately at shenjm@hnu.edu.cn and provide the following necessary information:
1. PDF file of your last Chinese visa
2. Scanned copy of the passport photo page
3. Registration confirmation email (automatically sent to you after completing account registration)
4. Scanned copy of work permit or student ID

Note: A scanned PDF version of the invitation letter will be our preferred choice unless the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate requires a paper version. Please verify the required type of invitation letter with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your location.
