Registration fee
The registration fee for the meeting will cover 1) Hotels for two nights(Aug 22 and 23), 2) Local transportation in Daocheng and Yading, 3) meals for for Aug 22, 4) two oxygen bottles, 5) bottled waters.
It will depends on the type of room you choose.
The payment procedures will be shared soon.
Flight
Note participants need to book all the flight tickets yourself. Please book your flights soon!

We plan to take the following flights between Chengdu and Daocheng
Aug-22, 3U6693, 845am to 1005am, TFU -> DCY
Aug-24, 3U6694, 1050am to 1155am, DCY -> TFU
You are free to choose how to get to, and leave from Chengdu.
If you are traveling from HKG, I think this itenary below is quite reaosnable in terms of both time and cost
Accommodation
We manage your hotel for two nights
Aug-22, we will stay in Daocheng
Aug-23, we will stay in Yading
Please manage your accommodation for other nights yourself, if needed.
