Description
The observation of hyperon polarization in heavy-ion collisions has established spin phenomena as powerful probes of QGP properties and strongly interacting matter dynamics, with global polarization directly reflecting the medium’s overall vorticity. In this talk, we present recent STAR results on the global polarization of $\Lambda$, $\Xi$, and $\Omega$ hyperons in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 7.7–27$ GeV from the RHIC Beam Energy Scan Phase II (BES-II) program, providing new insights into the underlying polarization mechanism. Furthermore, we present detailed differential measurements as a function of transverse momentum ($p_T$), centrality, and rapidity, where an increasing trend of $\Lambda$ global polarization as a function of rapidity is observed. In addition, we will report the analysis status of spin correlation of $\Lambda$-(anti)-$\Lambda$ pair at BES-II energies.
