JUNO Collaboration Meeting Jan 2015

We have two parts for this meeting: 1. Ceremony at the JUNO site 2. Collaboration meeting&workshop at SYSU, Guangzhou. (The meeting will be at the South Campus.) We need to know the following information about your participation: 1. whether you're coming to the groundbreaking ceremony. Your ceremony and its lodging option will indicate whether you are coming and where you will stay for the night of Jan 9, Kaiping, SYSU or your own choice. 2. The lodging options at SYSU are under accommodation section. There are 4 hotel choices, Xiyuan Hotel, Zijing Yuan Hotel, Rongguang Hall Hotel and Kaifeng Hotel. All are within walking distance to the venue. Room types vary a lot and the exact prices might fluctuation a bit during weekends. See the Google Map links below. 3. The registration fee will include 4 lunches and 1 banquet. (We were planning to offer different options for lunch but experiences tell us round table lunches are the most efficient and realistic option on campus for our group.)
