Description
针对ADS强流质子LINAC注入器II束诊系统对束流位置和剖面测量的要求,本文提出一种可用于高真空的水冷精密双刀刮束器装置,阐述了该刮束器装置的特点和设计原理。根据强流束流特点设计了水冷装置,并对刮束板进行热分析。采用基于NI平台的伺服电机控制系统,实现了刮束器的精密运动控制,并进行实际现场测试,结果表明该装置精度高,稳定性好,可完全满足设计要求。
A high vacuum precise double knife Scraper device with cooling structure was designed, According to the requirements of ADS linac beam diagnostic system. First, the characteristicsandstructure principle of the scraperdevice was described.Then, a cooling structure was designed according to the beamcharacteristics and the thermo-mechanical coupling was analyzed. Furthermore, the precision indexes of the scraper were tested. The results show that the device has the advantages of high precision, good stability, can completelymeet the requirements.
