International Flight Tickets
We recommends that committe members purchase the airline tickets themselves. IHEP will reimburse the travel expenses in the form of the foreign currency in which the ticket is purchased and wire the fund to the members' bank account after the review.
If committee members would prefer the LOC to purchase the tickets, please inform the LOC (renjuan@ihep.ac.cn) of the detailed travel plan (intended travel date and preferred flight) at their earliest convenience, Ms. Juan REN would be pleased to help.
The local organizing committee will provide ground transportation service for committee members, including airport pick-up and drop-off, shuttle bus during the Assessment.
Airport pick-up service
There will be an IHEP person waiting at the international arrival of the airport with a sign "IHEP Assessment" upon the committee member's arrival.
