Venue and Transportation
Venue
The school will take place in IHEP, Beijing, China. The lecture room is C305 of the Main Building. The tutorial rooms are A413 (Group A), A415 (Group B and Group C), A419 (Group D and Group E) and A420 (Group F) of the Main Building.
Around IHEP
WiFi Connection
You can use eduroam with your username and password.
You can also register the IHEP network with Conference Code "ASSCA2018". Open any internet browser in your computer or mobile phone and connect to any website, then you will be redirected to the IHEP network registration page. The contact person is Jiyuan Zhai (zhaijy@ihep.ac.cn).
Transportation
The school will not provide local transportation service. Here is how you can access IHEP and IHEP Guest House.
The travel expenses for all the students will be covered by the sending institutes.
The travel expenses for the lecturers from China will be covered by the school.
Foreign lectures will pay their own international travel fees except very special cases covered by the school.
