The Kunshan Scholar's Hotel is very close to Duke Kunshan University, we could walk to the meeting room from the hotel.
Below information will be on the meeting brochure given to participants upon registration. Signage will also be seen on campus to direct people.

1, From Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to the Hotel
You could take the high speed train from Hongqiao station to Kunshan south station, then take a taxi to Kunshan Scholar's Hotel. There are 70 trains from Shanghai Hongqiao station to Kunshan south station on Nov. 8. You could check more information from: www.12306.cn [Unfortunately, it is in Chinese.]
2, From Shanghai Pudong International Airport to the Hotel
You could take the airport shuttle bus from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to Kunshan station, then take a taxi to Kunshan Scholar's Hotel. More information can be found:
