EJ299-33A塑料闪烁体是近些年研发的具有中子脉冲形状辨别(PSD)能力的新型塑料闪烁体,它的能量和时间分辨能力、脉冲形状分辨能力、响应矩阵等方面的性能一直备受瞩目。本文使用相同体积($\phi$2"$\times$2")的EJ299-33A塑料闪烁体探测器和BC501A液体闪烁体探测器,两个探测器分别使用了CAEN公司生产的集成DPP-PSD固件的DT5720B和DT5730B波形数字采样器以及COMPASS数据采集软件进行数据分析和处理,因此实验分为四组。利用标准伽马放射源($^{60}Co$、$^{137}Cs$、$^{22}Na$),对四组实验系统进行了电子等效能量刻度。同时利用PuC中子源,对四组实验系统的脉冲形状辨别能力进行了分析。研究表明,由于DT5730B具有较高的数据采集效率,所以含有DT5730B的实验组的脉冲形状辨别情况较好;除工作电压外其他条件相同的情况下,BC501A探测器的$n-\gamma$鉴别能力比EJ299-33A探测器较强。
