The workshop will be held in Beijing (P.R. CHina) at the Institute for High Energy Physics (IHEP). Participant can arrive on sunday 10th or on monday 11th morning since registration will be in place since sunday. The scientific programm of the workshop will be from monday 11th afternoon to friday 15th afternoon, saturday 16th will be devoted to an outside visit.
