Registration Fee:
- 1000 CNY / person for faculty and postdoc. Pay via the payment code.
- 500 CNY / person for student. Pay via the payment code.
The registration fee covers most conference costs including lunches, a banquet, and coffee breaks as outlined in the program (see the Timetable for details).
Payment:
Please scan and recognize the QR code below to complete the payment. You can use the Industrial and Commercial Bank app, WeChat, or Alipay to scan the code and complete the payment. 
Notes.
- If you need to pay the registration fee using a foreign bank card, please link your card to Alipay or WeChat and use the QR code to complete the payment.
- IHEP participants shall make the payment through internal project funds. Please provide the project number (课题号) at the registration booth.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of a cancelation, notification needs to be sent to the conference contact email chenli@ihep.ac.cn to receive any eligible refund.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee the bank account number used during your transaction and/or the transaction number. Refunds will be processed with a bank transfer made to the payee’ s bank account and all transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
