We highly encourage attendees to stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, the official conference hotel, for convenience and networking opportunities. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special contracted rate. To secure this rate, please book your room as soon as possible—prices may increase after August 19.
Room Rates:
- Guest Room, 1 King or 2 Twin/Single Bed(s) at HK$1,550.00 with 1 daily breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access per room per night
- Guest Room, 1 King or 2 Twin/Single Bed(s) at HK$1,700.00 with 2 daily breakfasts and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access per room per night
Remarks:
- Hotel's room rates are subject to applicable taxes (currently 3%, subject to change without prior notice) and service charge (currently 10%) in effect at the time of check-out.
- Additional breakfast at HK$150.00 plus 10% service charge per person per day
- Day bed at HK$650.00 plus 10% service charge & 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax for the third person per room per night, includes 1 daily buffet breakfast
During registration, you will be asked if you would like to stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. If you select yes, you will receive a reservation link with the contracted rate via email by early May.

There is a more affordable option, The Kowloon Hotel, is located just a 5-minute walk from the venue.
Since LIDINE 2025 does not have a contracted rate with The Kowloon Hotel, attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations. We recommend booking early through the official website or other platforms, as prices may increase.
