The conference fee is structured as follows:
- Regular attendees (faculty staff/postdoctoral researchers): CNY 1,800
- Student participants: CNY 1,500
The fee includes: venue rental & conference facilities, meeting materials package, catering services, coffee breaks with refreshments, shuttle services, etc. Accommodation costs are excluded from the registration fee and require separate payment.
