- About the Spicy Gluon Series: Spicy food stimulates the senses and ignites the palate. It also embodies the fiery passion and vitality of youth. In the same spirit, the Spicy Gluon Workshop aims to inspire early‑career researchers in the field of strong‑interaction matter by cooking, presenting, and tasting ``flavored'' scientific results with enthusiasm and creativity.
Eligibility: the workshop is dedicated to young scientists. Applicants must be current students or postdocs/faculty within 5 years of receiving their Ph.D.
The workshop places strong emphasis on in‑depth discussion, collaboration, and innovation. All participants are expected to stay for the entire duration and actively contribute to the discussion sessions. We expect 35-40 participants and 3-4 invited lectures.
- Abstract submission: we cordially invite all young scientists who share a love for “Spicy Gluon” to submit your recipe (i.e., abstract) here.
If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to attend the workshop. Every accepted abstract will be guaranteed an oral presentation slot, and local expenses (hotel accommodation and meals) will be covered by the organizers.
- Conference Fee: The registration fee is 500 RMB per person, which covers accommodation, meals, and coffee breaks. Transportation costs are not included and shall be borne by the participants.
