第三届高重子密度物理国际研讨会将于2026年11月10-13日在大连召开。该系列研讨会旨在汇聚来自不同领域的专家和青年研究人员,共同探讨高能核核碰撞中产生的高重子密度物质所蕴含的丰富物理,这对研究强相互作用相结构、宇宙和致密星体演化以及理解极端条件下核物质性质具有重要意义。前两届研讨会分别于2024年和2025年在华中师范大学举行。

随着国内外重离子大科学装置(包括德国的FAIR/CBM、中国的HIRFL/CEE 和HIAF/H-NS、俄罗斯的NICA/MPD)的相继建成,高重子密度物理领域正成为国际物理研究的前沿热点。在这一背景下,系统分析和总结已有研究进展并规划未来发展路线,培养和储备高重子密度物理研究的人才队伍, 集聚国内外顶尖科学家的智慧就显得尤为重要。

本次会议将采取以研讨会搭配更聚焦的小型专题讨论会的形式,旨在为国内外科研人员搭建起高水平的学术交流平台,共同探讨高重子密度区物理的挑战和机遇。同时我们将与国内外核物理理论中心紧密合作,推动我国在高重子密度物理前沿的基础研究。

研讨会现场注册时间为11月10日,会议时间为 11 月11 -13日。注册费:老师或博后(1500元/人)、学生(1000元/人)


The 3rd international workshop on physics at high baryon density will be held in Dalian from Nov. 10 to 13, 2026. This series of workshops aims to bring together experts and young researchers from diverse disciplines to discuss the rich physics of high baryon-density matter produced in high-energy nucleus-nucleus collisions. It is of great significance for investigating the phase structure of strong interactions, the evolution of the universe and compact stars, as well as the properties of nuclear matter under extreme conditions. The first two workshops were held at Central China Normal University in 2024 and 2025, respectively.

With the successive completion of major heavy-ion facilities worldwide, including FAIR/CBM in Germany, HIRFL/CEE and HIAF/H-NS in China, and NICA/MPD in Russia, high baryon-density physics has become a cutting-edge frontier of international physics research. Against this backdrop, it is essential to systematically analyze and summarize existing progress, outline future research roadmaps, cultivate a talent pool for high baryon-density physics, and gather insights from leading scientists across the globe.

The conference will combine a main workshop with focused small topical symposia. It aims to establish a high-level academic exchange platform for researchers at home and abroad to address the challenges and opportunities in high baryon-density physics. Close collaborations with domestic and international theoretical nuclear physics centers will be fostered to advance China’s fundamental research at the frontier of high baryon-density physics. 

Schedule: On-site registration on Nov 10; academic sessions Nov 11–13. Registration fee: 1500 RMB for faculty/postdocs, 1000 RMB for students.
