The Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System, better known as EPICS, is an open-source software framework widely used by scientific facilities around the world to build distributed control systems for large-scale experimental instruments. It supports applications in areas such as particle accelerators, telescopes, experimental beamlines, neutron sources, and other complex scientific platforms. The EPICS Collaboration Meetings bring together developers, engineers, users, and project managers from EPICS sites worldwide to exchange ideas, share practical experience, discuss ongoing developments, and coordinate future plans. These meetings also help the community learn from one another, improve existing tools, explore new solutions, and reduce duplicated effort across different facilities.
The Fall 2026 EPICS Collaboration Meeting will take place in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, from November 1 to 6, 2026. The event is hosted by the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) and organized by the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS).Check-in and on-site registration will be available on Sunday, November 1. Technical sessions will run from Monday, November 2, through the morning of Wednesday, November 4. A visit to the CSNS facility is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, followed by the conference banquet that evening. Training sessions will take place on Thursday and Friday, November 5–6.Please refer to the timetable for the detailed programme and latest updates.
We warmly look forward to welcoming you to Dongguan and sharing a productive and enjoyable week together at CSNS.
