Registration Fee
300 USD per person for overseas participants
2000 CNY per person for mainland China participants
The registration fee will cover lunches, dinner, coffee breaks, and a banquet during the meeting.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To request a cancellation and refund, a written notification must be sent to epics2026@ihep.ac.cn. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
Full refund for cancellations received by August 31, 2026.
50% refund for cancellations received between September 1 and October 15, 2026.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 15, 2026.
Please note that transaction fees incurred during the payment process and any exchange rate differences cannot be refunded.
QR Code for CNY Payment Using WeChat Pay or Alipay
⚠️ After making the payment using WeChat Pay or Alipay, please send the proof of payment to the conference email. The organizing committee will then manually update your status to "Paid".
