Tetraquarks are an important subject in hadronic physics. In this talk, we first present our study of $T_{c\bar{s}0}^{*}(2900)$. Based on the hidden local gauge symmetry, we construct an effective Lagrangian containing the light-flavor diquark–diquark-meson vertices. This talk presents a hadronic rescattering approach to final-state interactions (FSIs), with emphasis on the two-body nonleptonic decays (\Lambda_b^0\to pK^-,p\pi^-,p\rho^-,pK^{*-}).
