- Please printing the posters by yourself.
- The posters should be in vertical position.
- We will prepare display boards in which the posters will be put on. The size of the board is 1 meter width and 2 meters height. We suggest the size is no larger than 0.9 meter width and 1.2 meter height. We will provide packaging tape to fixed the poster as the display board is fabric.
- Graphs and photos should be high resolution.
- We will mark which board your poster will be presented and the assigned number on the corresponding board.
- All posters must be up during the coffee break (10:40am~11:10am) on Tuesday, June 5th.
- For the open poster session, the presenters must stand by their posters from 3:30pm – 4:30pm on Wednesday, June 6th.
- All posters must be removed by 12:00am on Thursday, June 7th or they will be discarded.
