3. Shuttle Bus:
(1) From Beijing Capital Airport T3 to Kuangou Conference Center:
Departure time: 9:00, 13:30, and 17:30, 23 Oct. 2018.
Pick-up spot: parting area for Mini-bus and hotel shuttle Bus, at B02 Lane of B Area, B1 level of the Parking Building of Terminal 3, Beijing Capital Airport.
* Our Mini-bus has an indicator bMASR2018 in its front window.
* If you arrive too late to take the 3 bus, a car will be arranged to pick up you. Pick-up spot is same.
* If you arrive at the terminal 2 of Beijing Capital Airport, please take the shuttle bus that is connecting the terminal 2 and terminal 3 in every 10min about taking 20 min. The round route of this bus will be as follows: boarding bus at gate 7 for arrival at terminal 2 --> gate 7 for arrival at terminal 1 for domestic flight --> getting off a bus at gate for departure at terminal 3.
(2) From Kuangou Conference Center to Beijing Capital Airport T2 and T3:
Departure time: 5:00, 7:00, 9:00 and 12:00, 27 Oct. 2018.
Pick-up spot: front of 5# Building of Kuangou Conference Center.

4. Public transportation to Kuangou Conference Center
(1) If you depart from the urban area, please take subway Line 2, and take out from B1 Exit at Dongzhimen(东直门) station. If you depart from airport, you can take the subway of Airport Express from Terminal 3 or Terminal 2 to Dongzhimen (东直门) Subway Station.
(2) Please find the Entrance of Bus Terminal Station and take the public bus 916 FAST (916快) to Mingzhu Square (明珠广场), than take taxi to the East Gate of Kuangou Conference Center (宽沟会议中心).
* It will take 20 min. from Terminal 2 to Dongzhimen or 30 min. from Terminal 3 to Dongzhimen by Airport Express, the ticket cost is 25 RMB one person.
** It will take about 1 hour from Dongzhimen to Mingzhu Square by 916 FAST, the ticket cost is about 12 RMB one person. Service time is from am 4:50 to pm 7:50, bus interval is about 10 min..
*** It will take 15 min. from Mingzhu Square to Kuangou Conference Center, taxi cost is about 30 RMB.
5. Registration
Registration fee is 3000 RMB for regular member and 1500RMB for students, spouse and accompanying person. Please visit reception desk of our meeting in the lobby of 5# building of Kuangou Conference Center for your registration:
(1) please show your payment document in case of payment in advance being done by bank transfer.
(2) please pay registration fee in case of choosing payment either by credit card or by cash on site.
(3) please receive a receipt; in case of needing another form of receipt please request us to prepare it accordingly.
(4) please go to the reception of the hotel for check in.

How to find the Pick-up spot: @ parting area for Mini-bus and hotel shuttle Bus, at B02 Lane of B Area, B1 level of the Parking Building of Terminal 3, Beijing Capital Airport.
1. At the 2nd floor of terminal 3, please find the Exit B (The only exit for international passages who arrive at terminal 3.) Then it is very easy to find the following indicator for Parking and Airport Express.
2. Following the indicator take the escalator to arrive at the EXIT lobby showing below.
3. Go down to the Parking area at B1 level using the escalator for parking.
4. Please find the Parking B area in your left, then go to Lane B02 to find our bus with the indicator bMASR2018 in its front window.
