- We have everybody's flight info and will arrange pickup at the airport (a volunteer will be holding name tag), and take you directly to the hotel in downtown. The hotel is Regal East Asia hotel in Shanghai. All rooms are booked and taken care of.
- Due to different arrival time, we will not arrange group dinner for the 18th. But you can have dinner in the hotel restaurant and sign your room number. You could also explore the vicinity of the hotel where there are many restaurants. All breakfast buffets are served in the hotel (first floor).
- In the morning of 19th, a shuttle bus will take all ISC members to the SJTU campus, departing at 7:30 am. Quite a few JUNO EB and level-II members will be taking the same shuttle. At the end of the day, the same shuttle will take you back to downtown for an official group dinner.
- The ISC session on 20th will be a 1/2 day session, in the Regal hotel at 8:30. JUNO collaborators will be present for a question session, followed by a close-door report drafting session for the ISC members. A lunch buffet is arranged on 20th.
- We will arrange transportation to the airport. We will have individual pickup for all ISC members, and a volunteer at the hotel will guide you to the car.
