Authors are invited to submit abstracts addressing the scientific topics of the WIN2023 conference. A submission category (or Track) can be selected during abstract submission. The Abstract Submission Deadline is based on the information posted on this page. Post-deadline abstracts will not be accepted.

All abstracts accepted for the conference will be presented in either oral or poster sessions. All presentations and posters must be in English. Any author presenting a talk or a poster at WIN2023 must be a registered participant in the conference. Authors presenting at the conference implicitly accept that their talks or posters are published on the INDICO website.

The abstract submission process is managed by the INDICO server hosted by IHEP.
