LAST MINUTE INFORMATION
Dear Colleagues,
It is only three days from our Chirality 2019! We have here some last minute information for you.
Venue: The venue of the workshop is changed from the Lecture hall of Engineering physics department to the third lecture hall of hotel Jinchun Yuan. We just get the information that, the Engineering physics department will be redecorated during our workshop, there will be too much noise in this case to have a quiet meeting. This change may make the colleagues staying in the hotel Jinchun Yuan happy, and the hotel Jiasuo is also only 400 meters away from Jinchun Yuan. However, for those colleagues staying in Unisplendour center, it will be a little far from Jinchun Yuan, about 1500 meters. We will arrange a shuttle bus between Unisplendour center and Jinchun Yuan, starting at Unisplendour center at 8:30 in the morning and at Jinchun Yuan at 18:10 in the evening.
Lunch: Correspondingly, the place for lunch is also changed. We will now have our lunch box in the lobby of the school of science, the same place for the reception in the evening of Monday. The school of science is only 200 meters from Jinchun Yuan.
