Several large-scale facilities for nuclear and particle researches including the High Intensity Heavy Ion Accelerator Facility (HIAF) in China are under construction. In order to stimulate interests and enrich the physics programs, iHIC24 will concentrate on the advances and future perspectives in experimental and theoretical studies of the nuclear matter Equation of State, QCD phase structure at high net baryon density, correlations and exotics in nuclei. Meanwhile, the program will cover the current state of research and the anticipated development trends in various centers and facilities in the world. The symposium will provide a convenient venue and time for discussions on burning experimental and theoretical problems and of the future directions as well as to form collaborations and to advance inter-related research fields.
