In September 2018, LINAC 18 will gather the Linear Accelerator worldwide community for a week of presentations and discussions on trends and challenges in the domain of ion sources, electron, proton and ion linear accelerators. Approximately 400 people are expected to attend the event, which will be held in Beijing, China.

Payments
For Exhibitors and Sponsorships, payment is appreciated via bank transfer and is expected within 15 days. And we will give the invoices together with the registration materials when on-site registration.
Cancellations
For Sponsorship cancellations, pre-paid sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
For Exhibition cancellations, pre-paid booths fees are refundable less a $300 USD / ¥1950 RMB processing fee if notification is received in writing by Friday, 31 August 2018. Cancellations after Friday, 31 August 2018 will result in forfeiture of the entire exhibitor registration fee. Refunds will be made by credit cardor bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.
