The Registration is free and will include lunch and tea break during the workshop. Furthermore, the committee will support 15 applicants with their accommodation and airfare to and from China, according to the submitted application materials. Please remember to tick the application box in the indico system, if you want to apply for financial support.
Please follow the four steps to make registration for the CESNXS:
1) Log in to the IHEP Indico (IHEP SSO Account is needed; register an IHEP SSO Account by clicking 'Register' on the top right of the website). If you already have the IHEP SSO Account, please proceed to step 3.
2) Create an Indico profile for your IHEP SSO account.
3) Register and submit your application for CESNXS workshop attendance.
The workshop will focus on workflow of users of large-scale neutron and X-ray instruments. The local organisation committee (LOC) will conduct the selection of the participants according to the submitted application. Please submit your application materials via Indico system during registration.
