LHCb前沿物理研讨会将致力于讨论实验与理论的最新进展，促进理论与实验的交流合作，探讨利用LHCb现有数据和未来数据可能开展的前沿研究，凝练未来的主要课题和研究方向。第一届LHCb前沿物理研讨会将于2019年12月14-15日在北京大学召开。本次研讨会的主要内容包括电荷宇称破坏和CKM矩阵的精确测量，FCNC过程中新物理的寻找等。 LHCb实验于一期和二期运行期间采集了积分亮度为9/fb的质子-质子对撞数据，基于这些数据的实验测量大大推动了味物理和QCD的发展。LHCb探测器升级正在按计划完成，将于2021年开始新的数据采集，预计到2029年累积采集50/fb的质子-质子对撞数据。为了进一步提高发现新物理的灵敏度，LHCb实验正在规划二期探测器升级，期待累积数据达到300/fb。这些未来数据有望极大提高LHCb探索新物理的能力，我们期待理论与实验的紧密合作能最大程度挖掘其中的物理潜力。
