1. Status of documents preparation
General: Every group shuold send a finalized version before next Monday, still posting the file to this indico page.
Vertex:
Zhijun and Ouyang will look into the current version and optimize it.
ECAL:
Joao will check with Jianbei about what modification was made.
HCAL:
Joao will check with Jianbei and Haijun about what modification was made.
Dual readout:
Roberto will check current version and send a new version around Monday
Muon:
Xiaolong will add manpower text and more contents in R&D.
Joao: put back-end readout description in “seek for help”
Magnet:
Zian updated contents for very thin solenoid design.
MDI:
Joao will contact Suen and Hongbo after meeting.
Software:
In current version, software group has changed text style, updated annual plan. They will add motivation of this project, and Muon detector software needs contents
Joao: make it clear in document about lack of manpower, and please put current text in offcial template to be unified with other groups.
2. Test results of TaichuPix chips by Ying Zhang
The time scale for engeneering run is April of this year. Before that, they need to finish several tests, chip design and paper work for next submission.
