  1. 总结和交流 BEPCII 和 CSNS 加速器一年来运行、调束和机器研究工作；研究和讨论稳定运行和性能提高中加速器的物理和技术问题；探讨进一步提高束流性能和机器稳定性的途径。
  2. 针对本轮运行以来各系统出现的问题，认真总结经验与教训，提出下一阶段确保稳定运行的改进方案和措施。
  3. 与国内各加速器实验室交流与讨论机器调试、运行、改进以及运行管理、队伍组织等方面的经验，相互学习，共同提高。
